Eofent Refund Policy
Ce document n'est publié qu'en anglais. La version qui fait foi est le texte anglais.
Effective date: 19 August 2026 · Last updated: 19 August 2026
This policy explains when and how you can get your money back for a purchase from Eofent LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Eofent", "we", "us"). It applies to every paid plan for the Eofent Capture browser extension and to any other Eofent product sold on eofent.com.
The short version: if you're not happy with a purchase, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it. No forms, no interrogation.
1. Who you bought from
Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service. That is why your card statement reads LINK.COM*, and why your receipt and any refund notice come from Link rather than from us.
This changes nothing about the policy below. You can ask us for a refund directly — from the Support page in your account, or at [email protected](mailto:[email protected]) — or you can ask Link at support.link.com. Either route works. Asking us is usually faster, because we can see your account.
2. Subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly)
- Your first payment on a new subscription is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
- Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date, if you have not made substantial use of the service since that renewal.
- Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops future payments and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel any time from Account → My Products → Manage billing, or from link.com.
3. One-time purchases (3 Years)
Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
4. EU/EEA and UK customers — your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for services bought at a distance. Our 14-day guarantee above matches it, and a message through our Support page or to [email protected](mailto:[email protected]) is a valid withdrawal notice — you do not need a particular form of words.
Where you asked for immediate access at checkout and we provided it, the law allows a refund to be reduced in proportion to what you have already used. In practice we do not do this within the 14 days: we refund the first payment in full.
5. What happens after a refund
Premium access for the refunded purchase ends when the refund is issued. Free features are unaffected — they never required payment.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. When we may decline
We may decline a refund where a purchase falls outside the windows above, or where an account shows repeated buy-and-refund cycles. We will always tell you why. If you think we have got it wrong, reply and say so — a person reads it.
7. Problems that are not refund requests
If something is broken, you will usually get a faster result by reporting it: Account → Support → Requests, or the bug report form in your dashboard. A fix helps you keep the thing you wanted; a refund only ends the relationship. Either way, the 14 days do not run out while we are working on your report.
8. Contact
Eofent LLC — [email protected](mailto:[email protected])
The Support page in your account is the fastest route, because a message from there arrives with your purchase history attached.
