What we collect
Waitlist: your email address and which products you marked interest in. Accounts: your email address and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself); if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and email. Community: the reviews, comments, feature requests, bug reports, and votes you post. Purchases: your Stripe customer ID and what you're entitled to — card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
What we don't do
No advertising, no selling or sharing data with data brokers, no tracking cookies — the only cookies we set are the session that keeps you signed in and the one remembering your language. Your email is shown to other users only in masked form (e.g. ow…@…) on anything you post publicly.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (password resets, verification, and update notifications you triggered), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in), and our hosting/database provider. Each receives only what it needs for its job.
Emails we send
Transactional only: password resets, email verification, and notifications about things you asked for or voted on (e.g. "your feature shipped"). Waitlist signups get launch announcements for the products they chose. No newsletters without separate consent.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account any time from the account page — this permanently removes your account, sessions, community posts, votes, and entitlement records, and cancels active subscriptions. Waitlist removal or any other request: email [email protected].
