The service
Eofent provides software products (browser extensions, mobile apps) and this website, including community features and paid premium plans. Using them means you accept these terms.
Accounts & conduct
Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. Community posts (reviews, comments, requests) must be lawful and relevant — we may remove content or suspend accounts for spam, abuse, or attempts to game ratings. You keep ownership of what you post but grant us the right to display it on the site.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled — you can cancel any time from your account's billing portal, keeping access until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases grant an ongoing license for the product bought. Refund requests: [email protected]; refunded purchases lose their entitlement.
Pre-release honesty
Products marked as in development or standby are not yet available; waitlist signup promises a notification, not a delivery date. Features and prices may change before launch.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
